edit.pink is operated by Kremsa Digital, Inc., a California S-corporation ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit edit.pink or use Pink Editor, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you sign up for Pink Editor, contact us, or send feedback, you provide things like your name, email address, billing details, and the contents of any message you send. Inside the product you also create content — sites, topics, pages, keywords, research notes — and we store that on your behalf.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit edit.pink we collect standard log data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may not work as a result.
Information from third parties. If you sign in through a third-party identity provider, that provider shares basic profile information with us according to your settings with them. If you connect Pink Editor to external services — for example a publishing endpoint or analytics integration — we receive data from those services as needed to make the integration work.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to operate edit.pink and Pink Editor, authenticate you, deliver and improve features, communicate with you about your account and product updates, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and analyze usage so we can make the product better. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the product — hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, customer support — and only to the extent they need it to perform their work for us. We may share information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public. If Kremsa Digital, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your settings, or by contacting us through the product. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the support channel listed in the product.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
edit.pink and Pink Editor are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International users
edit.pink is operated from the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the product. Continued use of edit.pink after the changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
For the rules that govern your use of the product, see our Terms of Service.
