A skippered week in Croatia usually lands between €3,500 and €9,000 for the whole boat, before food and fuel. The charter fee is only part of it — the skipper, the transit log, tourist tax and marina nights add up fast.
The charter fee
Most Croatian charters run Saturday to Saturday. A 40–45 ft monohull sleeping six to eight costs roughly €2,000–€3,500 in May or late September and €4,500–€7,000 in July and August.
The skipper
Skippers are paid per day, typically €150–€200, plus their food. You also give up one cabin or the saloon berth.
Mandatory extras
- Transit log and final cleaning: €150–€300 per boat
- Tourist tax: charged per person per night aboard
- Marina berths: free at the base, then €60–€150 a night in town marinas
What to budget
Split six ways, a shoulder-season week works out to about €700–€900 a head all in. Peak season roughly doubles that.
